    Dr. Mukherjee graduated from Mymensingh Medical College in 1997 and joined NINS&H in 2012.
    He received advanced training in Skull Base Neurosurgery (University of Washington, Seattle, 2007), Moyamoya disease (SNUH, South Korea, 2013), skull base surgery (India, 2015), hydrocephalus (for ETV+CPC) and myelomeningocele (Uganda, 2015), and craniopharyngioma management (Osaka, Japan, 2017). Dr. Mukherjee has performed over 100 EDAS surgeries and more than 100 ETV-CPC procedures for neonatal hydrocephalus. He also has significant experience in craniosynostosis surgery.
    Actively engaged in teaching and research, his areas of interest include neural tube defects, hydrocephalus, intracerebral hemorrhage, and medulloblastoma. He has published around 70 peer-reviewed articles and regularly writes health columns in Bengali newspapers.

    2006’july- 2006’jan – Six month Neurosurgical training after completion of post-graduation in Neurosurgery in BSM Medical University, Bangladesh.
